Fabrika is a former sewing factory in Chugureti, a short walk from Marjanishvili. The courtyard has several kitchens, outlets are easy to find, and the yard gets loud when it fills up. Plan on drinks and a snack for a 3–4 hour sit. It works well when you want people around, and less well when you need a quiet call.
